Voucher is valid until Mon 30 Jun 2025, Mon - Fri 3pm - 8:30pm, Sat 9:30am - 4:30pm, Sun 9:30am - 3:30pm; subject to availability.
Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online bookings only. All participants must complete a waiver ahead of the session, provided upon booking.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Suitable for ages 9+. Under 16s must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Duration approx. 30mins OR 60mins.
Option 1: Max of 6 people per session. Please note you will be with other players.
Option 2: Max 12 people per session. Please note that games can host up to 6 players at a time.
Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move around in and sensible footwear.
Users with certain health conditions or those who are pregnant are advised to consult with a medical professional before engaging in VR activities.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
