Sat/Sun bookings require a £10pp supplement; payable directly.
Treatments can be taken Tue, Fri - Sun 10am - 5.30pm, Wed - Thu 12noon - 7.30pm.
Leisure access available Tue - Fri 7am - 9pm & Sat - Sun 8am - 9pm.
Pool will be closed for essential maintenance on 6 Oct for around 1 month. Please contact Hotel directly for exact re-opening date.
Excludes Mondays.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Treatments should be confirmed at time of booking.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
