Voucher is valid from Mon 5 May until Mon 29 Sep 2025, Sun - Mon, Wed & Fri at 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm or 3pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Tues, Thu & Sat.
Available slots can be viewed online and are subject to availability.
Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online bookings only.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
Duration approx. 1hr
Max of 5 people per group.
Trek will be included weather permitting. If weather is unsuitable for walking, the full hour will be spent with the alpacas in their enclosure.
Alpaca food can be purchased on the day for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
Please dress in outdoor clothing suitable for a farm and weather appropriate.
Limited wheelchair access available; please contact host directly.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
