Valid for 1 adult and 1 child. Children are classed as ages 8 - 15. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, including during treatments.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
Treatments are not be suitable during pregnancy under 12 weeks or for cancer sufferers and those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
Includes 30 minute adult treatment and 25 minute child treatment. Cannot be substituted for other treatments.
Consultation and aftercare advice are included in the treatment time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee that your treatment begins on time and to allow you to update your wellness questionnaire.
Option 2: Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. Afternoon tea is served between 1pm and 3.30pm. Time slot must be selected at time of booking. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Table required back after 2 hours. Max of 2 vouchers per table.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
