Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Over 16s only.
Options 1 & 2: Duration approx. 60 minutes per session. Option 3: Duration approx. 60 minutes per session plus 30 minute sauna session.
Options 1: Valid for one person only.
Option 2: Float session can be used across 2 visits by one person or during the same visit by two people.
Options 2 & 3: Please note that 2 person float sessions may be in individual pods; duo pods are subject to availability.
Floating is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Please discuss any health conditions or concerns directly with the spa.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
