You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Only one booking per voucher can be made; if you have multiple vouchers, please make one booking per voucher.
Suitable for all ages.
Max of 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children per family combo ticket. Children are classed as 3-15 years, 16+ require an adult ticket. Under 3's are free and tickets can be added on directly.
Planetarium shows or IMAX 3D documentary films can be added to your booking for a supplementary charge of £3.50pp; payable directly upon booking and subject to availability.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
