Option 1 & 2: Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 13 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

One voucher per member. Multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
Over 16s only. Under 18s must have a parent/guardian present.
Groups can be booked together. Max of 3 people per session.
Sessions are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers/those in remission or for those with heart conditions, infections or liver & kidney problems.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please make sure you remain hydrated before, during and after each session. Lack of fluid may result in feeling faint or lightheaded.
Wear fitted gym clothes free of zips and buttons and ensure you are wearing socks.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
