Oct-Dec: Valid Mon & Wed 11:30am - 2pm. Excludes Tue & Thu-Sun.
Jan-Apr: Valid Mon, Wed & Thu 11:30am - 2pm. Excludes Tue & Fri-Sun.
Excludes 1 Dec 2025 - 11 Jan 2026.
Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Thu 23 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Phone bookings only.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Afternoon tea with tea or coffee. Menu is subject to change.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
