Voucher must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Under 12’s must be accompanied by an adult to help hold and guide the alpaca.
Duration approx. 1hr.
Max of 4 people per group. Please note only one person can walk with the alpaca at any one time; you will take turns walking the alpaca and walk behind the group when not with the alpaca.
Please wear outdoor walking boots or wellies for the trek.
Bags of feed are available at the reception for a supplementary charge of £2.50; payable directly.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
