40 minute sessions: Valid Mon - Wed 6am - 11:20am & 5pm - 9pm, Thu 5pm - 9pm, Fri 6am - 8:40pm, Sat - Sun 7am - 6:20pm.
80 minute sessions: Valid Mon - Wed 6am - 10:40am & 5pm - 8:20pm, Thu 5pm - 8:20pm, Fri 6am - 8pm, Sat - Sun 7am - 5:40pm.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max 3 per group.
Suitable for ages 16+.
Duration approx. 40 mins OR 80 mins.
Please bring your own towels and swimwear. 2 towels are recommended for 80 minute sessions.
Please discuss with a doctor directly if you intend to undertake this treatment during pregnancy/breastfeeding or during cancer/remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
