Voucher is valid from Tue 6 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026; Tue - Wed & Fri 9.30am - 6pm, Thu 1pm - 9pm and Sat 9.30am - 2pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Sun - Mon.
Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted
Over 16s only.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Option 2: Please note facial uses electrical treatments. Not suitable for those undergoing treatment for cancer.
Option 3: Please note back massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. If you have any contraindications and you can't have a specific treatment / machine, your treatment will be altered to suit

Treatment duration: Option 1: approx. 80mins. Option 2: approx. 85mins.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
