Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days, 12:30pm - 3:30pm; subject to availability.
Leisure access available 7am - 7pm.
Excludes 23 Dec 2025 - 6 Jan & 15 Mar 2026.
Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Mon 16 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Phone bookings only.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 6 per person.
Max of 4 vouchers per table.
Option 1: Includes cream tea for two.
Options 2-6: Includes afternoon tea for two.
Menus subject to change.
Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
Options 3 & 5: Includes leisure access.
Option 6: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
