You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Suitable for ages 13+. Under 16s require consent from a supervising adult.
Duration approx. 30mins per person.

Options 1 & 3: Includes a sterling silver bracelet.

Chain upgrades and charms are available for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
Your chosen piece of jewellery will permanently stay on your wrist; you can use a pair of sharp scissors to remove it if needed.
Customers must inform the venue of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment.
Not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
