Weekday evening appointments may be available upon request; discuss directly.
Excludes Tue, Thu, 15 Dec 2025 - 12 Jan, 16-18 Feb & 3-18 Apr 2026.
Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Email bookings only.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note treatment does not replace medical care; always consult your healthcare team before starting.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins.
Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 105mins (45 minute yoga session and 60 minute Reiki session).
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
