Voucher is valid from Fri 5 Dec until Sat 20 Dec 2025, set dates only; subject to availability.
Voucher must be booked at least 2 days in advance of your chosen date (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Online bookings only.
Vouchers are non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with the hotel.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
Christmas party starts at 7pm and ends midnight.
Stay in a standard double room. Includes breakfast.
Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
Includes a 2 course meal. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
Includes a welcome drink and glass of wine with dinner. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
