Voucher is valid from Thu 4 Dec 2025 until Sat 4 Apr 2026, Tue-Wed & Fri-Sun 9:30am - 6pm, Thu 9:30am - 8pm; subject to availability.
Please note Saturday availability is extremely limited.
Excludes Mondays.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Over 16s only.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60 minutes.
Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 75 minutes (60 minute massage & 15 minute scalp massage).
Options 3: Treatment duration: approx. 90 minutes (60 minute massage & 30 minute reflexology).
Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 90 minutes (60 minute massage & 30 minute skin treatment)
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
