Treatments can be booked Wed - Thu 10.30am - 7.30pm, Fri 9.15am - 5.15pm, Sat 9.15am - 4.15pm & Sun 10am - 3pm.
Spa facilities are open Wed - Thu 10am - 8.30pm, Fri 9am - 7.30pm, Sat 9am - 4..30pm & Sun 10am - 4.30pm.
Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
Over 16s only.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
Treatment is suitable during pregnancy.
Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission or those who have had recent surgery in the past 6 months.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins inc consultation.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
