You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with centre.
Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins.
Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
Options 4-6: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins per session.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
Please note Heather is available for all treatments and Frank is available for massage sessions on Thursdays only.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
