You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Over 16s only.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Consultation forms must be completed before treatment begins. Where necessary, medical approval evidence may be required.
Clients with any known contagious body or skin conditions cannot receive treatments until fully cleared by a medical professional.
Treatment duration: approx. 60 (1 x 60min OR 2 x 30min treatments) OR 90 mins (1 x 60min Swedish massage and 1 x 30min express facial).
Option 1 includes a choice of treatment(s); option 2 is a set treatment with massage, facial, foot mask and heated boots.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before prior to your treatment start time.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
Limited wheelchair access available; please note the main entrance has two steps.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
