You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time for contrast therapy. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability. Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time for all other treatments.
Flotation tanks: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
All other treatments: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins.
Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
Option 3: Total duration approx. 100mins. Please note this cannot be used in a single session and must be used in max 20min sessions. All sessions must be used by one individual and cannot be shared.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
