• Advance booking is not required.
• Duration: approx. 90mins 
• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Ticket cannot be used for four adults.
• Walk is weather permitting. If weather is unsuitable, meet & greet will still take place in the alpaca enclosure.
• Alpaca food can be purchased on the day for a supplementary charge; payable directly.
• Please dress in outdoor clothing suitable for a farm and weather appropriate.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please contact host directly. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
