You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Massage treatments are not suitable during pregnancy. All other treatments/sessions are suitable during pregnancy.
All treatments/sessions are suitable during breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes are recommended.
Head, face & back massage: Session duration: approx. 1hr.
Head & face massage with energy healing & chakra alignment: Session duration: approx. 1hr.
Intuitive healing session: Session duration: approx. 1hr 30mins.
Wellness journey: Session duration: approx. 2hrs 30mins
All session durations inc consultation time.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
