Telephone or email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
Suitable for ages 12+. For guests under 18 non-alcoholic option is available as a substitute to pint of local beer.
Duration approx. 75 minutes.
Max of 20 people per tour.
Due to it being a running production and to partially grated floor appropriate clothing/footwear is required. This includes but is not limited to: no high heels, no open footwear & no skirts.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
