Treatments & leisure access available Mon - Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 1pm. Lunch served Mon - Fri 12noon - 4pm.

Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Pool access is shared between local members and hotel guests.
Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
Includes a 25 min back, neck and shoulder massage and 25 min express Indian head massage. Total treatment time approx. 50min.
Treatments for two will share a double treatment room, separate rooms are available on request; subject to availability.
Includes a 2 course spa lunch served in the Calders Restaurant.
Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
