Massage treatments: Treatment is not suitable during first trimester of pregnancy. Pregnancy massage treatments are offered for those 14+ weeks pregnant and not considered high risk.
All other treatments: Treatment is not suitable during breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers, those with DVT, severe heart conditions, certain skin conditions or following major surgery.
Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Full medical consultation will be carried out prior to treatment

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins (1x 15 min treatment, choice of brow wax & tint, lash tint, express facial or back, neck & shoulder massage; 1x 60 min treatment, choice of full body massage or bespoke facial; 1x 15 min treatment, choice of Indian head massage or foot spa & mask. Brow wax & tint and lash tint: A patch test is required at least 48hrs prior to treatment.
Option 4: Treatment duration: approx. 90mins.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
