Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun until Mon 31 Aug 2026, 7 days from approx. 10am - 6pm; subject to availability; opening hours are subject to seasonal change.
Online bookings only. Max 1 voucher per transaction. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
Once booked vouchers are non-refundable. Dates may be changed; subject to availability.
Admission is subject to Terms of Admission.
Valid for 1 family pass; admits either 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.
Suitable for all ages. All children under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult. Max 2 children under 8yrs per adult in the water.
Height restrictions apply.
Tickets are valid for 3 hours access to the waterpark; subject to park closing times. Additional swim time is charged at standard rates.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.
Outside food & drink not permitted.
Spa access not included.
Pool area fully accessible; useful information.
Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer discounted admission.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. Damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, valid for resale or valid with any other offers.
