Raw
- Spicy red yuzu organic salmon with crispy sushi rice, nori and mustard greens
- Isle of Uig halibut sashimi with 2 year barrell aged soy sauce
- Oysters served natural, with tomato yuzu ponzu or tentsuyu dressing
Small plates
- Japanese scallops roasted in togarashi and ponzu butter
- BBQ broccoli with gomae dressing and spicy pumpkin seeds
- Marinated prawns with a salad of cucumber, melon & citrus with nam jim dressing
Large plates
- Miso marinated baked North Sea cod with spinach and sesame dressing
- Tonyu ramen with chasu pork, soba noodles, shitake and Arlington White egg
- Grilled marinated cauliflower with spicy satay sauce
Desserts
- Valhrona 70% chocolate mousse with miso caramel, hazelnuts and sesame
