You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Failure to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.

Fire & ice session: Please wear comfortable clothing or swimwear and bring your own towel for the sauna. Changing facilities are available.
Fire & Ice only: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins (45mins Fire & Ice session and 15mins changing time)
Fire & Ice with zero gravity chair: Treatment duration: approx. 105mins; includes 45mins Fire & Ice session plus 15mins changing time, and 45mins zero gravity massage chair therapy session.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
