Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026; Mon & Sat 10am - 4pm, Tue 10am - 8pm, Wed & Fri 10am - 5pm, Thu 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
Excludes Sundays, 4, 6, 20-28 Jul, 10, 15, 17, 31 Jul, 5, 7, 21, 26 & 28 Sep 2026.
Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 1 person per booking.
Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for anyone undergoing cancer treatment, clients must have been in remission for min 5 years.
Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
Gel nails: Duration approx. 45mins for hands or nails OR 90mins for both.
Radiance & Reflex package: Duration approx. 60mins.
Deep tissue full body massage: Duration approx. 60mins.
Aromatherapy full body massage: Duration approx. 70mins.
Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
