Appointment times vary - available Mon-Fri daytime and early evening. Please discuss directly with clinic (instructions will be provided on your voucher).
Bookings must be made by 17th Oct or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment, if late your treatment time will be reduced or you may lose your appointment slot.
Valid for 16 yrs old plus.

You will need to complete a consultation form on arrival.
No group bookings.
Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
Cannot be used for existing appointments.
Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
