Max of 4 vouchers can be purchased per member and can be used for consecutive nights stay.
Upgrade to family room for £20 per room per night and four poster room for £30 per room per night - arrange with hotel.
Max of 2 children permitted, upgrade to family room required (children 12 yrs and under when sharing with 2 adults, pay for meals as taken) - arrange with hotel.
Max of 2 dogs permitted, £5 per dog per night - arrange with hotel.
Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
