Max of 2 small dogs are permitted in some rooms at an additional £15 per dog - arrange with hotel.
Max of 2 children permitted at an additional £30 per child per night if under 16 when sharing with parents - arrange with hotel. 16 years plus are classed as full paying adults.
Upgrade to a Junior Suite for £100 per room per night - arrange with hotel at time of booking.
Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights stay.
Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
When allocation is sold out at weekends no bookings will be accepted.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
