Leisure facilities need a jacuzzi or similar. Thermal beds weren’t working. Generally good experience. Could do with more cubicles in the changing rooms (only one in the fame changing).

Massage and facial were good but noticed the room I was in had a dirty floor which kind of put me off. Very busy and no jacuzzi but a very nice way to spend a few hours. Was nice but probably wouldn't go back again

Inchyra is one of my favourite hotels been going there for past 25 years . Yes it’s changed a lot for the better x spa days are always great x most enjoyable and will be back x

Have had afternoon tea here before and really enjoyed it. Was excited to go back but was disappointed.
We were warmly welcomed, tea and coffee were brought promptly. Food followed shortly afterwards. I felt there was a lack of attention to detail, the sauce from the coronation chicken sandwiches was all over the others sandwiches. The jam pot had jam also on the outside of the pot. No tea spoons on the saucers and no spoons for jam and cream.
We were not approached by staff through out the tea and had to catch their eye to get refills of tea and coffee. The food tasted nice and was fresh. We asked for a takeaway box (or similar) to take away what we hadn't eaten and were told they didn't do boxes but could give us a sheet of tinfoil!
The food was superb and plentiful and the staff were very attentive.

This was a gift for my son in law and my daughter. They really enjoyed it and my son in law said it's the best roast beef he has every had! They sent me photos of the food and it looked amazing. Would definitely go again.

Very disappointing visit - we have used this spa many times and I have to say this is one of the worst spa visits we have ever been to
The rasul experience was a nightmare from the beginning, the steam didn’t work so I had to go out and find someone to help after we had applied the mud - to then be told she had been to the cupboard and sorted the issue,the steam lasted for about 3 minutes then went off again so we decided to just give up showered and left
We did report this to the 2 young girls when leaving who giggled to each other and told us they didn’t deal with these issues and that we had to go to reception - on going to reception the young boy did try his best to help took my number to pass on to the manager and I still had had no contact which really isn’t great service at all
On the plus side lunch was great and the service in the restaurant was lovely compared to the spa

The pool area needs a bit of upgrade. The loungers have spilts and tears in them .

Sandwich and scones were nice could have done with knowing what was on them before they arrived .As did request no salmon when booking but still served them .
Not enough cream provided for 4 scones and disappointed with the cheap jam .
Staff were pleasant but never asked required more tea /coffee other than the initial small pot .
Over all it was ok .
