We loved the scenery so close to the water

We were disappointed as we barely slept due to the creaking floor boards..we were both shattered the next again day. If we went again we would stay at the adjacent accommodation..we were in room 26 in the main building.

Loved the room with balcony and view. Food was excellent at dinner and a good selection at breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. We were a little disappointed at paying £20 each for the thermal suite as it did not have plunge pool or hot tub only sauna, steam room and heated beds which were always busy so wouldn’t choose that if I stayed again.

Hotel is in a lovely location waking up to sunrise over the loch is something special. unfortunately we were grossly overcharged as we had booked an extra night nothing to do with the Itison voucher. and only rectified as we noticed it. Served wrong wine and overcharged for that as well

Room was lovely with a stunning view straight onto Loch Lomond. Good selection of teas, Nespresso coffee machine. Kettle. Lovely and clean.
Food was delicious. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Excellent friendly staff…stairway to room poor…dreading to think what the room was like…however it was ok…hotel needs refurbished…dull and dowdy
