Booked this as a last minute getaway. Easy enough.
Got to the hotel and was met by a member of staff who was so friendly that I wanted to be her pal! All the staff were really lovely. Room was lovely and bed was comfortable.
Star of the show was the food in the restaurant! The menu was a bit limited given that it was an itison deal but easily found what I wanted. Honestly, the food was amazing!! Breakfast was judt as nice. Opted for the Scrambled Egg and Fresh Salmon but also a large option in the Continental Buffet.
The Thermal Spa was really nice, pretty basic with a Steam Room, Sauna, and large jaccuzzi pool. Decent enough.
I'd definitely recommend booking this deal and I'll be doing exactly that again!

First time to loans and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room, staff& food were excellent. We will definately visit again in the spring/ summer.

The eco looking pods did not look great from the outside, but when you get inside we were absolutely delighted. They are warm, very comfortable, well designed/equipped and really quite classy. They definitely got the thumbs up from us.
Short walk over to the Canny Crow for food and drink, very nice indeed. Restaurant full of atmosphere and very nicely appointed. Food good but not great, would be nice to have some specials with a “home made” emphasis.

Really enjoyed our second stay at the Loans.
Cons - remote control was filthy and had to clean, so was the throw cushions. The blinds in the room where not wide enough and light shone through the full night.
Pros - Good food for dinner and breakfast, good gym, driving range and spa facilities at the gailes.

from the moment we arrived until we left we felt welcome ,the hotel is very comfortable , clean , room was spacious with everything you need for your stay. Each member of staff were friendly and helpful … we will stay at The Loans Inn again.
