We had a lovely day at the Blytheswood hotels thermal spa. Everywhere was very clean and well signposted. The only downside was the lack of loungers and sitting areas. I realise there isn't a lot of room for seating but this would impact our decision to go back. The staff were friendly. The afternoon tea was delicious and plentiful.

Yes@ To have full experience of the spa available at all times including from 10am every day. Having been a previous and regular guest. When I have the earlier time slot not all facilities are available eg calming scenes projected on the wall and wet floors (very slipy) accident waiting to happen.

Unfortunately the steam room was out of order which we didn’t know until we entered the area. Snow shower is more of a gimmick and takes ages to work. No freezing showers which would be beneficial after the very hot smaller sauna.
Place was extremely busy with towels on loungers and no people. Male changing area had seating but no seats within private cubicle which would be beneficial. Overall staff were friendly and professional. The experience was “good” but not any higher. The hotel itself looks fab.

Spa recently refurbed, some new experience such as snow shower, dark pool heated stone loungers.
Afternoon tea, went extra mile. Unusual savories, warm scones and 4 indivdual desserts each. All of which were beautifully made and unique

Erin was so efficient and helped me relax very quickly. She was informative and explained everything to help me enjoy my time in the Spa area. I had some lunch after my Spa. It too was lovely. Although the menu was very limited.

Lovely spa facilities which were very clean and not too busy. Friendly and attentive staff in the spa and bar areas which enhanced our experience.

I love the spa here, it feels luxurious. Staff friendly and helpful and facilities are good. My only little niggle would be to possibly have a non alcoholic prosecco option to swap out so it feels like you're still having a glass of bubbles without the alcohol for drivers/ non drinkers.

Great experience, spa is fantastic and the staff are excellent. Loved the afternoon tea too, felt very spoiled and really good value for money.
