We loved our spa day at MacDonald Cardrona. The spa was lovely, very clean and the staff were helpful. I had the couture touch treatment. Robin was excellent, it was the best massage and facial I've ever had. The lunch we had was brilliant too. Very happy customer!

The Itison package was good value, service in hotel was good and staff were warm and welcoming.
The room was a good size and spotless.
Food choice at dinner was limited but enjoyable.
Peebles is a nice town to visit with many interesting shops.

Great team and massage. Issue with fire alarm that kept beeping through the day whilst workmen trying to fix it but staff apologetic. One of party accommodated regarding food allergies. Pool area could do with a jacuzzi.

We have been many times. Cosy rooms with the heater on and friendly staff too.
Lovely surroundings but having lights outside(golf course side) to avoid staring out into pitch black from room, bar, restaurant.
Some atmosphere required in the bar - even having a music channel on to limit workload.
Definitely more staff required at breakfast - hot trays left empty and dried up - this has not happened on my previous visits.
Would generally recommend.

Lovely day spent once again at the Cardrona hotel. The staff are all fantastic and super helpful. Fantastic treatments.

Place just needs refurbished. It’s just a bit tatty and ragged round the edges. Staff were good and food decent and we only paid £239 for two nights. We were on the ground floor and people kept walking past and there were no nets on windows so no privacy.

The spa facilities are lovely but the absolute highlight for me was my full body massage. Olya, the therapist, is fabulous. Worth the visit and I'll be going back.
A great day at the spa

On arrival we were very impressed with all the staff. We were shown where to go and were given fabulous big robes. The pool area was not what we expected, noisy extractors and cheap wet poolside recliners. However, the pool was lovely (we had it to ourselves) and the steam room was great. It got significantly better with a lovely lunch with fabulous views. And the massages we had were absolutely fantastic. So all in all a lovely day and value for money. All staff are really great and very welcome. Thank you 🙏😀
