We had a lovely 4 days in the hotel this time. We have stayed in the apartments before. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinner options were amazing. Perhaps offering another fish main course or steak pie/curry would be good.

Stayed here a few years ago, rooms are in need of an upgrade. Shower leaked everywhere and couldn’t be adjusted as broken, mirror light not working, bedding torn, a bit disappointing. Staff were great and helpful. Food was great, only complaint was that staff petted dogs then brought the food to the table.
I honestly don’t know if I’d go back, I have said yes as you have to select yes or no.
Would I recommend to friends? I’d say exactly what I’ve said in this review and they can make up their own minds.

Lodge , grounds and swimming pool were all spotlessly clean . Staff were friendly and very helpful - nothing seems too much trouble. Only downside was the new policy of hot tubs not being ready on the day you arrive. We were only there for the 2 night break and the hot tub wasn’t ready for use until the following lunchtime/early afternoon!
We had a meal in the Terrace which was delicious - we like the informal atmosphere here with the children just a shame it closes at 5pm.

Not really suitable for people with mobility problems. There is no direct access from hotel rooms to Spa, Reception & Dining Room. You require to go out into the main road within the resort which is nothing but potholes and at night the street lighting is very poor. You can easily fall and also go into one of the large potholes filled with water and get soaked. Don’t like to have to go outside in a bad evening to get to the Dining Room. Really not suitable for older people. Also to get to the Pool you require to be fully dressed, undress at the pool area & redress to get back to your room. This is not acceptable.

Had a lovely couple of days my only complaints are no sockets for electrical appliances straighteners curling tongs ect near mirror and guest bedroom beds very very hard and not comfortable.
Ate in restaurant one night and loved it beautiful tree set up very festive and meal was fabulous compliments to chef and a lovely attentive waiter Thanks again
