Had a delicious fish and chips meal at the Ashvale. Hubby upgraded his meal to a jumbo haddock. Food was the usual very high standard, generous portions and piping hot and served by really friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

The chips were cool after 5 minutes in the car. The fish was at best a 7 out of ten. Batter was soft on the underside and finally the mushy peas were also tepid. Definitely not the best fish supper I have had.

Had a fantastic family meal at The Ashvale. We went for my son’s 17th Birthday as it’s always been his favourite place to eat but the staff went above and beyond and made his Birthday meal extra special. Absolutely superb service and can’t wait to go back.

Girls who served us were very friendly even though we were held up and about 25 minutes late. Food was very fresh and tasted great
