Itison voucher made this a very good value experience. Jess did my hair beautifully. The only thing I would suggest is that you might warn people that the stairs are quite steep and there's no disabled access apart from to the reception desk..

After providing my voucher details to the receptionist and asking if there was anything else to pay after my appointment was complete, I was told there was not and left happy. I received a phone call the next day to ask me to give them my bank details over the phone to pay an extra £20 for a toner that i didn’t request and was not told would be chargeable when it was applied. I did not want to give my bank details over the phone (common scam) so will have to make an extra trip to them to pay.
After speaking with several people about this I’ve found another 3 people this has happened to with this company. Wrote an email with feedback/complaint and have not had any response. Really unprofessional and won’t be returning - be aware of extra charges (even if they tell you there’s none!)

Jessica was a delight, she was helpful with suggestions about cut and colour. She was constructive in her suggestions about after care and when to visit again.
