Both really enjoyed the food at the Everest Inn. It so deserves to be much busier. Loved the finishing touches of very finely sliced red cabbage instead of the raw red onion eveyrwhere else seem to put on top of the salad. A swirl of cream on my curry. Really nice finishing touches. The food was excellent. High recommended.
