Best place to stay in Pitlochry

We’ve stayed here several times now and quite frankly wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We’ve visited other hotels etc but Craigmhor definitely stands out. The rooms are good sized, clean, warm with a good sized bed and bathroom. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing. There are numerous choices and you can really taste that they use good quality and locally sourced produce unlike some of their competitors. The property has on site parking which is a bonus. It’s only a short walk downhill to the Main Street so it’s in an ideal location. You won’t be disappointed.

We have been to Craigmhor Lodge before but this time was even better. We were surprised to find our room was a fair bit larger than last time, with lots of amenities and a lovely bathroom with twin sinks and a large shower. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. A drying room was available which was great as the weather was awful. Breakfast in a pleasant dining room was really very good, as was the service.

We were well looked after from beginning to end. We had a very nice room,plenty hot water and comfortable bed,slept well. 11 out of 10 for breakfast, what a choice, wonderful. In the summer maybe a few more tables and chairs in the garden. Loved it all.
