The outside wash was good but inside was less than expected.
The rear window still had nose prints on the windows and the other glass was smeared. There was still dust and spilt coffee in the centre consol and a sweet wrapper in the back.
I would have taken back if it had not been an it is on voucher. Certainly would not pay full price for this service.
Customer service was not great and good luck trying to get in touch to book in.

I was very happy with Discovery and the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because when you collect your car you stand in puddles of dirty water then dirty your newly cleaned carpets. I was aware of this from previous years and had newspapers with me but a simple piece of brown paper would make a difference.

The work done to my vehicle was outstanding, both inside and out. I have a small granddaughter who tends to leave muddy footprints wherever she goes. These had completely disappeared upon my return, and the upholstery was spotless. Externally the bodywork was gleaming, and also including the tyres.
The owner is very friendly, and nothing appears to be too much trouble
First class service all round
