The spa facilities are lovely but the absolute highlight for me was my full body massage. Olya, the therapist, is fabulous. Worth the visit and I'll be going back.

On arrival we were very impressed with all the staff. We were shown where to go and were given fabulous big robes. The pool area was not what we expected, noisy extractors and cheap wet poolside recliners. However, the pool was lovely (we had it to ourselves) and the steam room was great. It got significantly better with a lovely lunch with fabulous views. And the massages we had were absolutely fantastic. So all in all a lovely day and value for money. All staff are really great and very welcome. Thank you 🙏😀

We enjoyed a lovely morning at Cardrona in the Spa. Wonderful massage and facial by Robyn. The enjoyed a swim and sauna - all very nice indeed.

My friend and I had a lovely spa day here. We both had a facial and massage which was great. Very relaxing.

The spa area is small and unfortunately we could hear people talking loudly on the phone during our massage. The hotel was not busy, so there was only 1 member of staff at the restaurant. It was sometimes difficult to find him.

I visited the Macdonald Cardrona Hotel with my daughter for a day spa visit. As we arrived, we noticed that the outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint. We had a warm welcome from the guy in the spa reception (sorry, I can't remember his name), who was able to answer any questions we had. We visited the pool (which had some peeling paint on the ceiling), the sauna (which was set at 100 degrees - too hot for me! - and I couldn't turn it down as the thermostat was hanging off the wall), and the steam room (which was pleasant).
However, the main reason for our visit was the spa treatments, which were amazing. My therapist was Bea, and she was great. She went through my form with me and recommended what areas to focus on/products to use. I felt properly relaxed and pampered by the time I left. My daughter was also really pleased with her therapist (apologies, I didn't get her name either).
The customer service was excellent, but the surroundings could do with a bit of a refresh.

From greeting to goodbyes we could not fault the staff from reception to therapists through to hotel staff. Spa area was well laid out, clean and smelled Devine. Spa facilities were nothing to write about. I had facial and back neck and shoulders treatments were amazing and Elemis products used. My friend had full body massage and was very satisfied. Only improvement we would suggest was the the difficulty to get something to eat and drink and then not taking cash?
