We have eaten at the Dome several times and the food is always good. Our food order was taken quickly but after it was brought to our table no member of staff enquired if everything was ok. Also we were not asked at any time if we wished more tea or coffee or if we wanted anything else. This is not the level of service usually received here and on this occasion was very disappointing.

The venue was amazing - very clean and the decor was outstanding. The staff couldn't be better - they did everything to make sure we enjoyed our visit. The Brunch in the Club room was delicious - well cooked, well presented and a decent variety. We will definitely be going back.
