Really dissatisfied looking at the overall value of for money.The hotel was nothing special for £145 .Also we’re was the discount from itson 35 surcharge on top of price.

First time at this hotel for my husband and I and we absolutely loved it. Lovely hotel in a great location, very central. Arrived early and was able to leave our case until 3pm check in. On checking in at 3pm room wasn't quite ready and got voucher for complimentary drink at bar until ready approx 15 minutes. Think it was Chloe at reception and she was so lovely & friendly & apologised for delay but we were fine in bar.
Woman at breakfast I think Karan was also friendly explaining to us about where everything was and had friendly chat. Our room was lovely too & spacious with tea and coffee & caramel wafer biscuits, a nice gesture. Will definitely be back to stay & going back soon for unlimited afternoon tea which I've heard is amazing 😃

Previously I had reason to complain about bar staff. However in our latest visit they could not have been more attentive or pleasant. This was in no way related to our previous experience .
Junior suite was ample with excellent bed and large walk in shower.
My only reservation was the music at breakfast - I described it as music to stop you eating.
Very comfy bed & large room. Excellent breakfast. Starters for the evening meal were enormous.

We had a lovely comfortable, warm room on the second floor. Nice to have complimentary water in the room. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar and had a lovely meal with wine for my husband’s birthday. A nice touch was complimentary cakes and strawberries dipped in white chocolate. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Decent sized room. Very comfortable beds. Had some issues with the tv but nothing too drastic. Hotel was close to all amenities. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Always a joy to stay here. Really enjoyed breakfast. Lots of variety available.
