Great break in Newcastle

Hotel ideally situated in the quayside. We had a room overlooking the millennium bridge. Staff very attentive. Food in restaurant good but quite a few items not on the menu as menu was changing the following day. Would stay at hotel again.
Brilliant as always!

Perfect location, fab views if you have a bridge view room- definitely worth paying for. Rooms very individual - all in all a real treat.
Breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh.

We had a lovely time, paid extra at check in for a Junior Suite with views of the river and Tyne bridge well worth it. Enjoyed dinner in hotel on first night.

The hotel is wonderful , staff are very friendly and food is delicious .
Our room was cosy , clean and very comfortable .
Dinner the first night was delicious but the service was very poor. Just one male waiter taking the orders , after 30 we went to the bar to get our own drinks . Once we had ordered our food after 40 minutes it arrived quickly and hot.
Breakfast service was very good .
Lovely room and food was lovely

We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was very nice and the food in the restaurant was delicious.. shame they dont do hot breakfast options to the bedroom in the morning. The late check out was good, but we did have people knocking on our doors and ringing the room before 12 noon not realising we had late checkout which was a bit annoying. Overall would go back as we had a nice time.
