Great stay and fabulous dinner

We were shown to a room with two single beds which were far from comfy and the room was very small .
Later I noticed the room next to us was a double and asked to move which we did . It was slightly bigger but at least it was slightly further away from the outside as if we had stayed in the original room we would have been right next to the JCB and chainsaws which were clearing trees next to the lodge !when we arrived and the next morning. Maybe not do that when guests are in .
Good was cold and had to be sent back on first night . Second night chips were overcooked and pasta basic and unappetising, also cold . Waitress quote unconcerned . Complained to reception and she deducted it from bill and apologised.

We always enjoy our time at Mhor 84 and this year was no exception. Excellent location, lovely staff and delicious food.

Been twice now, staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they take time to chat to you and your dog. Lovely, clean and simple rooms. Food is really good, cater for vegans, I think the alcoholic beverages are a little overpriced however.
Nothing pretentious about this hotel, you really feel you can just chill and of course set in beautiful surroundings with plenty places to visit.

I came to stay at Mhor84 with my husband, siblings & in-laws as our Christmas gift to each other. We all had the most amazing break, the staff are all very attentive & friendly, they couldn’t do more for us. From the relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant/bar & rooms, to the most amazing evening meal & breakfasts. We were also very lucky to be there for their evening of their quiz & karaoke night, not only did we win the first prize of the quiz (£100) voucher but we also had the most fun singing along to the karaoke & dancing on our seats.
We’ll be back again soon.
