The hotel seemed to be newly furnished. Smelt of new carpets and spotless rooms. The bathroom was so clean and new! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our bottle of Prosecco in the room.
The breakfast was fabulous - one of the best hot plate breakfasts I've ever had. Plenty of choice. Fresh pastries and coffee that was extremely capable of waking the walking dead. So strong and lovely. I would definitely recommend. Thank you xx

The stay was ok, the room had a dusty toilet cistern ,stains on walls and upholstery. The bed clean and comfortable.
I wasn't happy that I couldn't use cash, so went to a bar over the street. You should have a choice to use cash or card.
Great Hotel Great Location

Staff were excellent dealt with any questions quickly. Hotel situated halfway between quayside and mail party locations in town. No complaints at all not even any little grumbles.

16 of us stayed here as we have a few times before even though 1 of these times there was no water we decided to try it again I left my kindle paper white in room I 100% know it was definitely there I called hotel within an hour of checking out to say to them I was passed to house keeping & left message on answer machine no1 got back to me & after 5 phone calls & repeated promises I would be called back 3 days later I asked to speak to manager I was hung up on by foreign lady on reception then finally I was called back to say it wasn't there I know it was there & the time to look into this would've been the Sunday I ir any my family will never return as far as I'm concerned the item has been stolen staff are all very lovely until you have a problem then they are unhelpful & even rude

From entering the reception area, which was beautiful, to the very friendly staff who were interested in your plans and whether they could help, we had a great stay. The room was newly renovated and of a very high standard although with very little storage (there were no drawers)
The buffet breakfast was also very good and again with really helpful friendly staff. All in all everything was excellent and we had a brilliant stay.
