Friendly welcome when we arrived and shown quickly to a cosy and comfortable room. Everywhere is spotless.
Food was very good and generous portions.
I’d say the public areas are very nicely finished , and the corridors need some tlc. Our room was nicely decorated and well furnished. Bathroom was quite stylish, just needed some attention to decor details which wouldn’t take long to fix.
It was exceptionally good value for the cost of the voucher.

We love this hotel. Staff are so friendly and the location is perfect. The views across the water are calming and walking the paths along the waterfront just allows you to take a breath. Breakfasts were good and our evening meal was lovely.

As expected. However breakfasts were overcooked. On the last day my potato scone was actually burnt , black and inedible.
Lovely lady who helped us in all sorts of ways , including helping us to get an early ferry when there were cancellations.

Hi we had a lovely stay at the Glen isle, Double rooms were very spacious and comfortable however the cozy single room was very small and the shower in that room was also small and needing updated. Dinner and breakfast were great and staff couldn’t do enough to help . We had an itison deal for 3 couples and 1 single and it was fantastic value x
